SPEED & FITNESS TRAINING

The Speed & Fitness program provides players ages 10-18 the combination of strength and acceleration training that all players need. Academy coaches work with players to develop individual potential through a specialized five step process to improved soccer speed & fitness. Each session is packed full of training that pushes players to new levels and forces improvement.

Fees

  • Session 3 (six week session)
  • »  $90/player
  • »  Group discount: $80/player for groups of five or more; $70/groups of ten or more
  • »  Fees must be paid in full at time of registration
