LACROSSE WINTER CLINICS

The NSC presents our annual lacrosse clinics in the NSC Sports Hall on artificial turf. Clinics are offered based on ability level and gender.

Girls' Lacrosse, Grades 9-12

  • »  Six sessions - 2009 schedule to be determined
  • »  For beginners and experienced players
  • »  Lacrosse stick and mouthguard required
  • »  Instruction will focus on lacrosse fundamentals and skills development
  • »  All participants will receive free clinic t-shirt

Boys' Lacrosse, Grades 3-8

  • »  Six sessions - 2009 schedule to be determined
  • »  For beginners and experienced players
  • »  Lacrosse stick and mouthguard required
  • »  Instruction will focus on lacrosse fundamentals and skills development
  • »  Participants will be paired with similarly skilled partners
  • »  All participants will receive free clinic t-shirt

Boys' Lacrosse, Grades 9-12

  • »  Six sessions - 2009 schedule to be determined
  • »  Previous team experience and full game equipment required
  • »  Instruction on individual skills and position development in drills and scrimmages
  • »  All participants will receive free clinic t-shirt

Clinic Check-in

  • »  Players will check in 15 minutes prior to start time
  • »  No cleats allowed; turf and tennis shoes only
