Program Features

On-ice: 8 hours instruction to include:

  • »  Skating fundamentals
  • »  Save selection
  • »  Rebounds
  • »  Save recovery
  • »  Game situations
  • »  Video analysis

 

Off-ice: 4 sessions instruction at Herb Brooks Training Center to include:

  • »  Individual skills training
    • »  Speed ramp
    • »  Shooting
    • »  Vision and multi-tasking
    • »  Passing
    • »  Stickhandling

Fees

  • »  Goalie: $250 ($225* preferred customer)

Mounds View and Spring Lake Park.
