Program Features

On-ice: 5 sessions/7.5 hours instruction to include:

  • »  Individual skill development
    • »  Defensemen
      • »  Playing the rush
      • »  D-zone, N-zone, O-zone
      • »  Checking/angling (in-zone/open ice)
    • »  Forwards
      • »  Scoring
      • »  Puck support (playing away from puck)
      • »  Attacking offensive zone
      • »  Face-offs

 

Off-ice: 5 sessions instruction at Herb Brooks Training Center to include:

  • »  Individual skills training
    • »  Speed ramp
    • »  Shooting
    • »  Vision and multi-tasking
    • »  Passing
    • »  Stickhandling

Fees

  • »  Skater: $220 ($185* preferred customer)
  • »  Goalie: FREE!
