This is rapidly becoming an institution on the twin cities cycling scene that you do not want to miss.

Riding a bike with one gear and no brakes in a bowl with 43 degree angled sides might be the coolest thing in the world. But it takes a little practice – and some good advice along the way. The NSC Velodrome offers classes and training sessions for cyclists of all ages and ability levels. So if you’re 9 or 90, we’d love to show you how it’s done.
