DEVELOPMENTAL TIME TRIALS
Practicing standing starts and recording split times are essential for strong performance in timed events on the track. Two formal practice opportunities will be afforded riders this season. The electric timing will be out to record accurate split times so riders will have data from which to plan their training. The event will not be officially sanctioned so licenses are not required. Fees will be $5 to ride and all participants must sign a liability waiver. Riders are allowed to use road bikes for individual timed events however track bikes only for the team events. Each rider will get one effort per distance unless time and entries make more possible.
