SOCCER RULES OF COMPETITION
The diagonal officiating system is used with one referee and two assistant referees. Our tournaments follow FIFA and USYSA or US Youth Soccer rules with minor modifications. Upon arrival, you will receive a complete in-depth rulebook of tournament procedures. You are responsible for all material covered in the booklet. You may also download the following rules for each tournament.
